After earning his degree in economics from Ruhr University Bochum, followed by a stint as a research assistant and the completion of his doctoral dissertation, Dr. Reiner Mark began his professional career at a mechanical and plant engineering company with several thousand employees, where he quickly rose to the position of commercial managing director of a subsidiary. He then moved on to leading firms in the fields of management and human resources consulting. Before joining us, he shaped the course of Dr. Heimeier Executive Search for over two decades as a managing partner, where he assisted companies in filling top-management positions.
