Strengthen leadership skills in three steps
Individual executive coaching begins with clarity about one’s own role and positioning.
We help leaders recognize their strengths, work on development areas, and gain new perspectives. The process combines external reflection through feedback, self-reflection, and practical implementation support – for lasting change in everyday leadership.
Analysis
First, we agree on the expectations, goals, and framework conditions for the individual coaching and explain the approach. Then we create a development plan – ideally based on the results of a diagnostic assessment.
Coaching & development
Based on one’s own positioning, participants receive feedback on both self-perception and external perception. We provide techniques and exercises to strengthen leadership qualities and agree on concrete measures for the step-by-step integration of what has been learned into day-to-day leadership practice.
Conclusion
We support the transfer of coaching results into professional everyday life. In addition, we review the results against the previously defined goals and jointly develop further action plans.
