After graduating, Susan Skatikat started her career in an executive search boutique in research, where she immersed herself in the world of executive search from the very beginning. Over the following 12 years, she gained extensive experience at Kienbaum Consultants International in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. Most recently, she worked for an international executive search consultancy, where she further deepened her expertise and expanded her skills.
