Second Place in the Best Personnel Consultancy 2025 Ranking of the SZ Institute
We are pleased to have been recognized in the SZ Institute's current “Best Personnel Consultants 2025” ranking. This year, we were not only able to once again rank among the top 10 consultancies in Germany – we also improved from eighth place last year to a fantastic second place.
Personnel consultancies act as bridge builders between companies and their future employees. For us, excellent executive search means much more than just filling vacancies. It begins with a precise understanding of the market and the reality of the company, requires a sound analysis of skills and cultural fit and thrives on a resilient network and the ability to approach candidates in a targeted, personal and discreet manner.
In times when a shortage of skilled workers and demographic change are presenting companies with major challenges, choosing the right recruitment consultancy is of crucial importance. On behalf of the SZ Institute, INNOFACT AG conducted a study to identify the best recruitment consultancies in Germany.
The main survey specifically addressed experienced professionals in management positions who are either directly responsible for the selection and commissioning of personnel consultancies or are significantly involved in the decision-making process. A total of 177 HR consultancies were included in the ranking. We are proud to be among the best personnel consultancies and would like to thank our clients and partners as well as our candidates for their trust.
This award confirms our continuous efforts to find and successfully place the best talents and we would like to express our special thanks to our entire team who perform at their best every day. We will continue to work on optimizing our services and providing the best service to our clients.
Congratulations to all the award-winning personnel consultancies!
