Deininger at Zukunft Personal Europe 2024
The managing partner of Deininger and board member of the BDU e.V. Personnel Consulting Association, Harald R. Fortmann, will moderate a panel at ZP Europe 2024.
His guests: Aksinya Staar, Author and Future of Work consultant. She wrote the popular book “Why Polymath? “and is considered a pioneer in the field of polymathy, a field dedicated to multi-specialist research. With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, management, and development, combined with her intensive commitment to AI ethics, Aksinya offers a novel perspective on the future of work. Her new book “Future of Work: From Industrial to Polymath Mindset” shows how AI makes the polymath approach a necessity. Aksinya's broad, multi-disciplinary approach brings innovative ideas and techniques to leadership and work practices.
As well as Christian Sekels, Head of HR DACH at food company Kraft Heinz. In previous roles, he worked generalistically as a consultant at PwC and in various HR functions at Telefónica before heading Recruiting & Employer Branding at PwC Germany. Christian is an expert in corporate culture and employee engagement and is passionate about these topics for the most famous ketchup brand in the world.
