Deininger at Zukunft Personal Europe 2024

Her new book “Future of Work: From Industrial to Polymath Mindset” shows how AI makes the polymath approach a necessity. Aksinya's broad, multi-disciplinary approach brings innovative ideas and techniques to leadership and work practices.
As well as Christian Sekels, Head of HR DACH at food company Kraft Heinz. In previous roles, he worked generalistically as a consultant at PwC and in various HR functions at Telefónica before heading Recruiting & Employer Branding at PwC Germany. Christian is an expert in corporate culture and employee engagement and is passionate about these topics for the most famous ketchup brand in the world.
