After her studies, after initial experience in consulting, Elke Ebeling worked as a personnel manager in a professional service company. She then moved to HR consulting and supported Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH for 16 years, most recently as a partner in Cologne. She then joined Delta Management Consultants in Düsseldorf as managing director.
Before joining Deininger, she worked successfully as a partner at Intersearch Executive Consultants in Königstein since the beginning of 2018.
