New corporate design for Deininger: Focus on values and future vision
“To a company, a brand is what its own reputation is to a person. It comes from trying to do difficult things well.” — Jeff Bezos
Executive search personnel consultancy Deininger is proud to present its brand-new corporate design, which redesigns the company's visual identity from the ground up. This redesign underlines the core values and the strategic focus on the future without losing sight of the 43-year success story.
A well-thought-out corporate design ensures a clear perception of Deininger as a highly motivated team of excellent personnel consultants. It reflects uniqueness and values both externally and internally and creates trust among customers, partners and employees. The new logo symbolizes development, accessibility and transparency. The main color petrol looks professional, warm and trustworthy, complemented by mint as a fresh and clear colour. The Gill Sans Nova corporate font combines traditional values, professionalism and humanity. Graphic elements derived from the logo form represent dynamism, innovation and customer orientation. People are always at the center of all considerations — our passion.
A consistent image across all communication channels credibly and sustainably conveys the topics of community, excellence and passion. In a changing (digital) working world, it is crucial to keep up with the times. Our new design shows our commitment to progress and our willingness to take on challenges such as digitization, new work and artificial intelligence.
Transparency and good communication — once shrouded in mystery in the HR consulting industry — are crucial today. We are convinced that our new corporate design enhances our external image and provides a breath of fresh air internally, as well as strengthens the motivation to continue to deliver top performance.
Joy Edwin Thanarajah, CEO of the Deininger Group, in particular thanks Frank Fienbork (Fienbork Design) for developing the new design and creating the website, Barbara Stromberg for the texts and to the project team at Deininger led by Harald R. Fortmann for the excellent implementation.
Following the successful succession in corporate management, the new corporate design is sending a clear signal for the future and our claim to excellence, says Deininger Group CEO Joy Edwin Thanarajah.
