After studying, Christian Göritz first gained industrial experience in the USA. Back in Germany, he switched to personnel services with a focus on personnel marketing and employer branding.
The personnel consultancy Baumgartner & Partner was launched in 2000 and the company was taken over by the US company TMP Worldwide in the same year.
From 2003 to 2020, the successful collaboration with PMC International AG offered the opportunity to build and expand into one of the leading German personnel consultancies as CEO and site manager in Düsseldorf. Christian Göritz moved to Deininger in 2021.
