Lars Fricke finds inspiration not only in literature, such as the book “Values” by Peter Prange, but also in the wisdom of his grandfather, who introduced him to the mindset of an entrepreneur at a very early age, and his father, who is a role model for him in terms of discipline, ambition and the will to implement.
Since his start in personnel consulting and executive search in 2012, Lars Fricke has consistently specialized in the IT sector. Most recently, he was a partner in the IT practice group of a renowned, owner-managed executive search boutique, where he was able to successfully contribute his expertise and network.
Prior to this, he was co-founder and partner of an executive search consultancy that focused exclusively on IT and digital topics and can draw on valuable experience from a management role in an IT recruitment consultancy.
