Consultant meeting of the Deininger Group in Hamburg - Day 2

Thanks to the efficient organization with the MOIA fleet, our day started seamlessly with a drive along the picturesque Elbchaussee to the Business Club Hamburg, where our workshop took place in the elegant balcony room. Despite the humid air, all eyes were on the breathtaking harbor view. The day was filled with positive reviews of the first quarter and optimistic forecasts for 2024. Joy Edwin Thanarajah, CEO of the Deininger Group, summarized the successes of our succession transformation over the past two years and welcomed numerous new consultants to our team. All offices, both national and international, had the opportunity to reintroduce themselves and share their highlights of the year. In particular, our colleagues in China/SEA Lodowing Insiun and Christian Tuttlies, India/Middle-East with Angela Thomas and Manish Varghese and Eastern Europe with Rainer Pauly and Michael Konopka shared important insights for global talent acquisition. Joy Edwin Thanarajah also introduced his new management board, consisting of Elke Rรถssler-Ebeling, Harald R. Fortmann, Christian Gรถritz and Christoph Hartmann, who will support the strategic and operational management with their respective expertise. After a refreshment of Franzbrรถtchen, our Managing Director Harald R. Fortmann and the Managing Director of our IT subsidiary CommerceBay, Hassan El Manfalouty, presented the first successes of our digital transformation under the mission statement "Vision 2025 -Strive for Excellence". New partnerships with technology providers such as N2F - Digitale Reisekosten and fynk were presented, followed by an insight into our new corporate design, created by Fienbork Design. A delicious lunch and a lively discussion about our processes and products rounded off the day. Led by Kalina Teneva and Alexander Brogl, we discussed the evolution of executive and professional search processes and tackled a number of expansion issues. Despite all the challenges of the German and international economy and the geopolitical situation, our company stands by our clients as a strong partner and benefits from constant change and the ongoing pursuit of excellence in the interests of both our clients and our candidates. Some took the opportunity to spend a little more time in our newest branch, the beautiful Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, while others reflected on the impressions of the two days on the return journey.
