He has been developing the Eastern European markets since the mid-1990s, and the company has also been successfully active in Asia since 2004. Thomas Deininger has turned the group into an internationally successful player with offices in Berlin, Delhi, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, London, Mumbai, Shanghai and Warsaw.
"With the change of generation, I am creating a long-term perspective for my company. I am certain that in Joy Edwin Thanarajah, who has an excellent understanding of our corporate culture, I have chosen the best person to lead our traditional brand into the future”,
emphasizes Thomas Deininger, who will continue to contribute his expertise to the company as Senior Partner.
Joy Edwin Thanarajah has been working for Deininger for 15 years and has been Managing Partner for one and a half years. He specializes in finding and placing specialists and executives for hidden champions in the small and medium-sized business sector, especially in the mechanical and plant engineering and insurance industries. After working for an international market research company and a German personnel consultancy, he began his studies in Business Administration at Deininger and made a significant contribution to the further development of the in-house Research Center, which was founded in 2002. The center enjoys a high level of recognition in the industry and represents an unique selling point in search methodology. As Vice President of the German-Asian Business Association DAW e.V. in Frankfurt, Joy Edwin Thanarajah maintains numerous contacts with German companies in Asia.
“I am looking forward to further expanding Deininger's international orientation. In these times of crisis, it is also particularly important for companies to find personalities who also embody a new management culture. We have been supporting medium-sized international companies and corporations for years and have a great deal of experience in finding modern leadership personalities who are resilient to crises and can therefore support a generational change”,
emphasizes Joy Edwin Thanarajah.
